Grilled Peaches

Two medium to large ripe peaches, halved, pits removed.
Dollop of softened cream cheese per peach half.
Chopped nuts of your choice
Cooking oil
Honey

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush peach halves with oil, and place cut side down on grill. Grill for 5 to 8 minutes. Combine finely chopped nuts with softened cream cheese. Before skin becomes loose, flip peach halves over so pit side is up, and place dollop of cream cheese/nut mixture in center. Drizzle with honey, and grill for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot immediately. Mmm-mm!

Yield: 1 to 4 servings, depending upon how generous you are.
