Join yoga instructor Olivia at 11:30 am for a 60-minute vinyasa class, the perfect way to ease into your day. Previous yoga experience is suggested but not required.
We'll warm up the body with sun salutations before transitioning into standing poses, backbends, and forward bends to release tension and open up the muscles. Class will end with restorative poses and savasana—leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and refocused.
Bring a yoga mat and any props that you might like to use, such as blocks or straps. We suggest bringing water, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses or anything else you'll need to practice outside.
After class, head over to the taproom for drinks (rosé!) and snacks, grab some lunch, or explore the orchard.
Class will be canceled in the event of inclement weather (and you will receive a refund).
