SLOWFIRES celebrates hyper seasonal cuisine celebrating cooking outdoors and letting the ingredients shine. We focus on wood fired pizza, charred smoked meats, roasted vegetables, and fresh salads. Our cuisine ignites the senses and brings people together.

Through skillful execution and wood fire cooking techniques we transport our
guests to a place where simplicity meets excellence. Our custom crafted wood-fired ovens infuse our pizzas with a distinctive smoky aroma and deliver a perfectly blistered crust.

Celebrated chef Justin Smillie has stepped out of his restaurant kitchen with
three stars from the NY times, to cook at your backyard BBQ, beachside cookout, or kitchen table. While classically trained, Justin brings a love for vibrant flavors and exuberant flair for cooking that’s impossible to describe without tasting his food.
