On Saturday, May 23, Sira Ulō will be hosting Siapao Shop from 12 to 3 pm! Their delicious baked buns are available with the following fillings:
· Pork & Pineapple Asado
· Ninong's Lemongrass-Ginger Chicken Coconut Curry
· Collard Greens & Tofu 'Laing'
They'll also have ube and pandan espasol! Espasol is a traditional Filipino rice cake made with toasted rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar, finished with a delicate dusting of rice powder. Soft, chewy, and lightly sweet with a rich coconut flavor—similar to mochi!
Walk-up orders will be available but an advance order will guarantee your buns in case they sell out! Online orders close on Wednesday, May 20!
